  • You are left in the aftermath of a Beautiful Collision that is known as “Chatchy” (Chat-chee). Pioneers of a new genre which is being coined as Skankstep and takes the best elements of some great genres and makes something fresh, exhilarating and exciting.
  • Music has seen the Chatchy boys perform across the globe including Australia, Japan, China, Taiwan as well as all around New Zealand. Throughout the years they have played alongside a huge lineup of who’s who in NZ, including Six60, Katchafire, Cornerstone Roots, House of Shem, Elemeno P, Dave Dobbyn, J Williams, Batucada Sound Machine, Knights of the Dub Table, and Frankie, RIP.
  • Chatchy have recently come from winning two competitions, York Street Band Experiments, and Waihi Beach Hotel Battle of the bands, showing that their lively stage show and catchy music is loved by party goers and judges alike. The band have also been playing a variety of successful shows around the north island and have a big line up for 2012 including Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival, The International Tattoo and Art Expo, Waikato University O Week, opening slot for Six60 and the Waikato Music Expo.
